C — I have a stomach ache. YUP.
I think I ate WAY too much. TOO, TOO much. I need something to settle my stomach. I just downed a really big burger. I also inhaled a whole plate of sweet potato fries and a very cherry milkshake. I might need some of that chalky pink stuff soon. Or maybe a ginger ale. Mmmmm….ginger ale. I hate burping after drinking ginger ale. OR ginger lemonade. That sounds even better. Sour and sweet with some spicy ginger in it. Ginger soothes your tummy you know. That sounds good.
Must make it now… Wish I wasn’t on the floor in the fetal position after all that stuff I ate. Must make ginger lemonade now.

Ingredients
- 1 cup lemon juice
- 1 lemon, Slices
- 4 cups Ice
- 1 inch ginger, minced
- 1 cup sugar or adjust to make it less sweet
- 8 cups water
Instructions
- In a small sauce pan, add 1 cup water, sugar and ginger. Bring to a boil and let boil for 15 minutes on medium high.
- Let ginger steep in the sugar water and thicken into syrup. Let cool.
- In a pitcher, add lemon juice and syrup. Add water and lemon slices.
- Serve with ice.
- Enjoy!
