C – What you don’t know won’t hurt you. Right?
Well, I found out what goes into one of those coffee shop iced Matcha tea milkshakes that I love. It hurts to know. Why was I so curious? Now, I have to reconsider what I order when I go there.
Ok, I knew they were loaded with sugar and cream. But, the biggest shocker was how much easier and cheaper I could make it.
I used to spend around $5 a cup for this and still wouldn’t be satisfied with a small one. Now I know I can make it cheaper and with better ingredients. Tastes better, too.
I guess I have to stop ordering them at the coffee shop.
I didn’t know what is in the mix they use. These coffee shops have a mix that’s pre-made and loaded with enhancements and preservatives. The one that I make doesn’t taste too sweet and has only six ingredients.

This shake has made me happy.
Now, when I crave a nice Matcha ice drink I can make it myself easily.
